Bureau of Prisons Tries to Silence Whistleblower Marty Gottesfeld
Have they learned nothing from their past failures?
Many of you know that I’ve written extensively about whistleblower and “hacktivist” Marty Gottesfeld. Marty was sentenced to a draconian 10-year sentence for initiating a directed denial of service attack on Boston Children’s Hospital’s fundraising website to protest their treatment of a young girl who had been forcibly taken from her parents at the insistence of doctors at Children’s. The doctors maintained that the girl, Justina Pelletier, was a victim of parental abuse. It turned out that she wasn’t. She suffered from a rare genetic disorder, which Children’s misdiagnosed. But it was Marty who became the bad guy, the government’s target. The doctors who snatched a little girl from her parents and then accused the parents of unspeakable crimes against their own child, remain free and working at Children’s Hospital.
